How to Use Keyword Notification?
The Keyword Notification feature is available for users on the Professional Plan and above. This feature allows you to set specific keywords in the Command Center, and the AI will send you a notification whenever a user mentions these keywords in a conversation.
Setting Up Keywords
-
Enter Keywords in the Command Center: In the "Notification by Keyword Phrases" section of the Command Center, enter your desired keywords. You can add multiple keywords, separating each with a comma. Be sure to save your changes so the AI knows which keywords to monitor.
-
Add Your Email: Go to Settings and add your email under the "I'd like to receive an email notification for every inquiry" section. This ensures you’ll receive email notifications when the AI detects your specified keywords in a conversation.
When Keywords Will Trigger Notifications
The keyword notification activates whenever a user mentions one of your specified keywords during a conversation. For example, if you’ve set "price
" or "pricing
" as keywords, you’ll receive an email notification if the user asks, "What's your pricing?
" or "What is the price?
"
Please note, however, that keyword notifications are based on user input only—they won’t trigger from the AI’s responses.
Expanding the Use Case
You can also use keyword notifications for specific processes, such as scheduling. For instance, you might set the keyword to "I confirm
" and instruct users to confirm appointments by typing this phrase. This approach allows you to expand the practical applications of keyword notifications for a range of scenarios.
