You can see exactly how many credits each AI action uses by signing in to your customer portal, opening the Usage section, and selecting Full credit usage breakdown.
How much does a credit cost?
Each plan includes monthly credits, and larger plans give you better value as your usage grows. Paid plans can enable overage if you need extra credits, so your AI agent keeps running.
Will credits be used in test chats?
Yes. Test chats use credits because they run through the same AI system as real user conversations. This allows you to test the actual user experience, improve your agent’s answers, and make sure everything is ready before going live. Most setup testing uses only a small amount of credits, but it helps ensure your AI agent is accurate, helpful, and ready for users.
How does WhatsApp phone number setup work?
