Teaching AskHandle AI to Use First Person

AskHandle AI reflects the data you've provided during its training. If your training data mostly uses third-person language, the AI might respond in third person, even when using the first person would be more appropriate.

To ensure the AI uses first-person responses, you can write custom prompts that guide the AI to answer in the first person. This makes interactions feel more personal and engaging.

How to Teach the AI to Use First Person

Simply use the following instructions in your prompts to guide the AI’s response:

1. Basic First-Person Prompt

Prompt: "Use first person like 'I' to answer all questions in the prompt."

Result: The AI will now use "I" to respond to customers, creating a more personal interaction.

2. Example of Personalizing Support

Prompt: "When responding to support inquiries, always use 'I' instead of 'we' or 'the company.' For example, say 'I will help you with that,' instead of 'We will help you with that.'"

Result: The AI will respond as if it is directly helping the customer.

3. Empathy in First Person

Prompt: "Use first person to show empathy. For example, instead of 'The system understands,' say 'I understand your concern.'"

Result: The AI shows a more empathetic and human-like response.

Using first-person language helps create a more conversational and relatable experience for your customers. It makes the AI feel more like a personal assistant, rather than a generic system, improving customer satisfaction.
