LL Flooring aims to keep customers satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your flooring purchase, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Certain restrictions do apply.

  • Clearance items: LL Flooring does not accept returns on clearance items. These are sold as-is and are final sale.
  • Special order items: Returns are not accepted on special order items, as these are tailored to your specifications.
  • Opened boxes: Opened flooring boxes are not eligible for return. Keep the packaging intact until you are sure you want to keep the flooring.
  • Tools and accessories: Returns for tools and accessories are not accepted. These are considered final sale once purchased.
