What is a Performance report?

If you opt in to receive performance reports, which are enabled by default, you will receive a report every day. This report will detail the questions your users had, categorized into specific topics for easier management.

The reports provide an overview of the information your users inquire about and highlight the most commonly triggered topics.

If you prefer not to receive daily reports, you can easily opt out of them in the Settings section.
