Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for items purchased through the Vuori website and retail stores within a 120-day period. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Items must be in their original form and packaging, including the receipt. The return process is designed to be straightforward.
Online Returns
To return an item purchased online, follow these steps:
- Begin your return by visiting our Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and billing zip code.
- Use Vuori return shipping labels to avoid extra return costs.
Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after receiving your return. Shipping costs for original orders are non-refundable. Ground shipping is free for orders over \$75 for all US customers.
In-Store Returns
You can return online orders at any US Vuori retail store. Bring your Customer PO/Order Number, and we’ll help you with the refund process. This option is only available for US orders.
Exchanges
Vuori does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, create a return through the Return Portal to get a free return label. After the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Gift Returns
