Under Armour Holiday Shopping Return Policy 2024

The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes the excitement of shopping for loved ones and taking care of ourselves. One of the biggest concerns when shopping online is the return policy. Under Armour, a well-known athletic apparel brand, has a clear and customer-friendly return policy that should give you peace of mind when making your purchases.

Holiday Return Window

During the holiday season, Under Armour extends its return window to make things easier for customers. Items purchased between November 1 and December 24, 2024, are eligible for returns through January 31, 2025. This gives you plenty of time to decide whether your purchase is the perfect fit or gift.

Items Eligible for Returns

Under Armour accepts returns for most items, as long as they are:

  • Unworn and in their original condition.
  • Returned with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip).

Items like socks, underwear, and other intimate apparel might have restrictions unless they are unopened and unused. Customized or personalized items are typically non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Easy Online Returns Process

Returning items online is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Log Into Your Account: Go to Under Armour's website and sign in to your account. If you checked out as a guest, use the order lookup tool to find your purchase details.

  2. Initiate a Return: Navigate to the order history section, select the item(s) you want to return, and choose a reason for the return.

  3. Print Your Label: Once you confirm your return request, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to print. Attach this label to your package.

  4. Drop It Off: Take your package to the nearest shipping location listed on the return label.

If you don’t have access to a printer, you can contact customer service to explore alternative options.

Refunds and Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once Under Armour receives and processes your return. The processing time is typically 7–10 business days from the time your package arrives at their warehouse.

If you paid using a gift card, the refund will be returned to the same gift card. If the gift card is no longer available, reach out to customer service for assistance.

Exchanges Made Simple

If you need to exchange an item, Under Armour recommends returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or style. This approach ensures you don’t miss out on the item you want while waiting for the return to process.

For size exchanges, Under Armour offers free shipping on the new order, so you don’t have to worry about extra costs.

Returns for In-Store Purchases

If you purchased an item online but prefer to return it in-store, Under Armour allows that in most cases. Be sure to bring the packing slip or order confirmation email with you for a smooth transaction. Not all items are eligible for in-store returns, so it’s a good idea to check with your local Under Armour store before heading out.
