Return Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, Dolls Kill offers free UPS return labels. You will not incur additional shipping costs when returning items if you reside in the US.
Refunds and Store Credits
After Dolls Kill receives your returned items and verifies their condition, they will process your refund. For customers in the UK and the US, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can choose store credit instead of a refund.
Customers outside of the UK and US will receive store credit in the form of a gift card for future purchases.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, Dolls Kill allows exchanges within 30 days of placing your order. The exchange process is similar to the return process, but a new order will be placed once the return is on its way back to Dolls Kill.
