To initiate a return with Puma, keep these key points in mind:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Products should have their original tags and packaging.

Follow these steps to return merchandise to Puma:

  1. Locate your order number on your shipping confirmation email or the original order summary.
  2. Place the item(s) back in the original packaging, along with the filled-out return form from your parcel.
  3. Attach the pre-paid return label provided by Puma to the outside of your package. If you cannot find the label, print one from their website or contact customer service for assistance.

Note that Puma does not accept returns on customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect. Swimsuits and underwear are also ineligible for returns unless still sealed in their original packaging.
