Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) is a private Catholic university in San Antonio, Texas. It is the oldest Catholic university in Texas and offers a diverse range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.

History

Founded by the Congregation of Divine Providence, the university began as a school for girls named San Antonio College. Over the years, it expanded to include college-level education. In 1911, it was chartered as a university by the state of Texas. It was renamed Our Lady of the Lake College in 1923 and became Our Lady of the Lake University in 1975.
