Marshalls Distribution Center's Return Policy and Extended Holiday Return Policy

Marshalls values customer satisfaction. The Distribution Center has established a clear return policy for an easy return experience. An extended holiday return policy is also offered to accommodate the busy shopping season.

Marshalls Distribution Center's Return Policy

Customers can return most items within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns can be done in-store or by mail. Certain items, including worn or used products and final sale merchandise, are non-returnable.

To start a return, customers have two options:

  1. In-Store Return:

    • Bring the item(s) to any Marshalls store location.
    • Provide the original receipt or gift receipt and a valid photo ID.
    • For credit or debit card purchases, the original card used must be presented.
  2. Mail Return:

    • To return items by mail, contact Marshalls Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Send the RA number along with the items to the address provided by Customer Service.
    • Keep a copy of the return tracking number for reference.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Refunds for purchases made with a Marshalls gift card will be issued as merchandise credit.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, Marshalls provides an extended return period. Items purchased between October 15 and December 24 can be returned until January 23 of the following year. This policy allows customers to shop for gifts confidently, knowing they can return items after the holidays if necessary.

Certain exclusions apply to the extended holiday policy. Non-returnable items, such as worn or used products and final sale merchandise, cannot be returned. Returns made after the designated period will follow the standard return policy.

Marshalls Distribution Center has a straightforward return policy to assist customers. Options for returns include in-store and mail, with refunds issued in the original form of payment. An extended holiday return policy allows flexible returns for items purchased during the holiday shopping season. This approach ensures a positive shopping experience for customers.
