Evereve allows returns under specific conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Please note that Evereve does not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items.

In-Store Returns
To return items in person, visit any Evereve store. Bring your items along with the original receipt. The staff will assist you with the return. This also gives you a chance to explore new collections.
Mail-in Returns

After initiating the return, Evereve will send you a return label. Pack your items securely, attach the label, and send it back within the specified timeframe. Upon receiving the package, Evereve will process your return and issue a refund.
Special Holiday Return Policy
Evereve extends its return window for purchases made between November 1 and December 24. You have until January 10 of the following year to initiate a return. This ensures ample time for gift recipients to make returns or exchanges.
