Time Frame for Returns
You can return products within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. This generous time frame allows you to evaluate your purchase thoroughly and ensures that returns are processed in a timely manner.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. The identification tag with the disposable seal should still be attached, and the products should be returned in their original packaging. A Return Form and the original receipt included in your package are required for processing.
How to Process a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:

Check Product Condition: Ensure that the product has not been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and that the identification tag with the disposable seal is still attached.

Prepare the Return: Include the Return Form and the original receipt with your return.

Package and Ship: Use the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided in your original package. Apply this label over the previous delivery information on the box. You can return the package via:
- Any UPS driver free of charge.
- A UPS Store, drop box, customer center, Office Depot, Staples, or any authorized UPS shipping outlet free of charge.
- Scheduling a pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877). Note that a fee will apply for this service.
You may also return products ordered via zegna.com to an Ermenegildo Zegna store within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following products cannot be returned:
- Sealed products that have been opened, such as masks, underwear, and fragrances, for health or hygiene reasons.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Refunds and Processing
Ermenegildo Zegna will inspect returned products within 5 working days of receipt. You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return and the refund amount. If a return is denied, customer service will notify you, and the package will be returned. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Returns from Different Countries
Returns must be sent from the same country in which the order was placed. We cannot accept returns from different countries.
In-Store Purchases
Please note that purchases made in Ermenegildo Zegna stores cannot be returned via this process. Returns for in-store purchases must be made directly at one of our boutiques.
