Converse Return Policy: Effortless Solutions for Your Satisfaction
Shopping online for Converse sneakers can be exciting. Sometimes, your new purchase may not meet your expectations. If it's the fit, color, or style that feels off, don't worry—Converse has a return policy designed to be customer-friendly.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days after delivery. This allows you time to try out your new sneakers or apparel and decide if they’re right for you.
Return Process
To start a return, ensure the item is unworn and in the same condition as received. It should be in its original packaging, with all tags still attached. If your items meet these criteria, follow these steps:
- Visit the Converse website and sign into your account.
- Find your order under “My Orders” and click on “Start a Return.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and print the pre-paid return label provided.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at any UPS location.
Returns of online purchases can also be made at retail store locations, provided you have the original receipt or order confirmation email.
If you made a purchase in-store or are a guest user, visit any Converse retail store with the unworn item and your receipt. A staff member will assist you with the return.
Returns are free for members of the Converse.com community. For non-members, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Membership is free and easy to join.
What about refunds? Once your return is received and inspected, Converse will notify you by email. After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your original payment method.
Gift Cards Return
Note that Converse Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Most other purchases can be returned if needed.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact customer service, and they will help resolve the issue promptly.
