Best Buy retail stores will remain closed on Thanksgiving Day. Shop online or via the app, which are open 24/7. Many stores will offer extended hours during the holiday season. Local ordinances or mall regulations may affect specific locations, so check your local store’s webpage for the latest updates.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy

Shop confidently with Best Buy's extended return and exchange window. Items purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned or exchanged through January 14, 2025. Some exclusions apply, including activatable devices (such as cell phones) and holiday-specific products like artificial trees and decorations. When to Start Shopping

There's no need to wait for Black Friday. Holiday sales kick off on November 1, 2024. Doorbusters are some of the season's hottest offers, available in limited quantities. These deals are accessible in stores, online, and via the Best Buy app while supplies last. Starting November 7, you can explore all Doorbuster deals on BestBuy.com/HolidayShopping. Deals marked as “Black Friday Deals” are limited in quantity and may sell out before Black Friday itself. Don’t miss the opportunity to grab these deals early.

Doorbusters are available every Friday from November 8 to December 20. My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ members get early access to select deals on Thursdays.

Delivery: Free shipping is available for thousands of items, including same-day and next-day delivery for eligible products.
