General Return Policy
WSS has a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging. WSS reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return is approved, you can choose to exchange the item for another size, color, or style (subject to availability) or receive a refund in the original form of payment. Note that shipping fees for the initial purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of WSS.
Special Holiday Return Policy
WSS recognizes that holiday gift shopping can be challenging. To facilitate this, WSS has a special holiday return policy. Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31 of the following year. This extended return period allows customers to shop confidently, knowing their loved ones can return or exchange items if needed.
Even during the holiday return period, items must still meet the general return criteria. They must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. WSS retains the right to deny returns that do not fulfill these requirements, even within the holiday timeframe.
