Standard Returns

Items must be returned within 45 days of the original shipment date. They should be in a new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Following these criteria ensures a full refund.

Return Process

To return an item, follow these steps:

Visit the Cabi Online Returns Center.
Log in to your account or use the Order Lookup feature.
Select the items to return and print the prepaid return shipping label.
Package the items securely and attach the shipping label.
Drop off the package at any UPS location.

Refunds are generally processed within 10-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are not refunded unless the item had a defect or there was an error on Cabi's part. In those cases, Cabi will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired size or color. Due to limited quantities, it’s advisable to order promptly.
