Online Returns

For online returns, use the return label included with your package or print a new one from the website. Pack your items securely, include the return form with the reason for the return, and drop off the package at your nearest postal carrier.

Note that return shipping costs are not covered by Victoria's Secret and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error by the company.

Refunds Process

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after the items are received and inspected. The refund goes back to the original form of payment. If that’s not possible, Victoria's Secret may offer merchandise credit instead.

Exceptions and Exclusions
