Things Remembered makes returns easy for customers. You can return any non-engraved or non-personalized items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Personalized or engraved items can only be returned if they are damaged or defective.

For mail returns, include a copy of the original packing slip and a completed return form, available on the Things Remembered website. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or defective.
