Online Portal: Open your web browser and go to Target's Gift Card Balance Page. Enter your 15-digit card number and the 8-digit access number. Click 'Check balance,' and your balance will be displayed.

By Phone: Prefer speaking with someone? Call Target's GiftCard hotline at 1-800-544-2943. Follow the prompts to check your balance and enter your card details when asked. Your balance will be provided over the phone.

In-Store: While at your local Target, ask a team member or visit the guest services desk. Present your gift card, and they will scan it to show you the remaining balance.
Gift cards have no expiration date or fees. You can hold onto it or use it whenever you're ready to shop.
