General Return Policy
Factory Connection allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required, which can be a sales receipt or email confirmation.
Items purchased online can be returned to any Factory Connection store or shipped back to the company's Distribution Center. In-store returns cannot be processed as refunds to the original payment method; instead, refunds are issued as store credit or gift cards.
Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday season, Factory Connection extends its return policy. Purchases made between November 1 and December 25 can be returned or exchanged until January 15 of the following year. This allows customers to buy gifts in advance without the usual 30-day return window.
Holiday returns must still meet the general return policy criteria. If a returned item was purchased with a gift card, the refund will also be given as store credit.
