  • The vehicle has not been driven for more than 250 miles since the purchase.
  • The vehicle remains in the same condition as purchased, with no damage or modifications.
  • All original paperwork and accessories, including manuals and keys, are returned.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance must be presented at the time of return.

If these conditions are met, DriveTime will guide you through the return process and initiate a refund or exchange.
