Bealls Return Policy

Bealls has a customer-friendly return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 180 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, ensure:

  • Items are in original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel have hygiene liners intact.
  • Jewelry and watches are in original packaging, unworn, and unaltered.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include underwear, fragrance, earrings, and custom-made items. Furniture, mattresses, and electronics must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For online purchases, Bealls provides a prepaid shipping label for returns. Affix the label to the original packaging or any suitable box and drop it off at a USPS location.
